If your order arrives damaged, or you're not happy with it, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Food safety
As a food product, honey can't be returned once opened unless it's faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@beespokehoney.ca with your order number and a short description (a photo helps for damaged items) and we'll take it from there.
