Overview

Beespoke Honey Co. (“we”, “us”), based in Asphodel-Norwood Township, Ontario, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit www.beespokehoney.ca or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. If you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address.

We do not collect or store your payment card details — card payments are handled entirely by Square (see “Payments” below).

How we use your information

We use your information to process and ship your order, respond to your questions, and send order updates. If you opt in, we may also send occasional news about new honey and upcoming markets. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Square. Your card information is entered on Square’s systems, not ours, and is handled under Square’s own privacy policy.

Sharing

We share only what’s needed to run the shop: delivery details with our shipping carrier, order and payment data with Square, and — if you subscribe — your email address with our newsletter provider. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies to keep your shopping cart working. We do not run invasive advertising trackers.
